R. Colin Campbell - Buffalo, Eden, Dunkirk, Jamestown

R. Colin Campbell began his career as an attorney who defended personal injury claims for several large insurance companies. He also represented local hospitals and governments and was appointed to serve as a Town Prosecutor. Since 1995, Mr. Campbell has devoted his practice to representing injured persons in the courts of Western New York. Mr. Campbell has acted as personal injury attorney for residents of Erie, Chautauqua, Niagara, Wyoming, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Cattaraugus, Allegheny, and Orleans counties, in addition to Eden, Buffalo, Jamestown and Dunkirk, New York. Over the years, he has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Several of these cases have been reported in newspapers and statewide legal publications.

Eric M. Shelton earned his Bachelors Degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania in 1981, and his Law Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1984. He started his career as a trial lawyer as a prosecutor in the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Shelton then spent seven years defending personal injury claims against individuals, medical professionals, product manufacturers and municipalities for prominent national insurance companies. Since 1993, Mr. Shelton has concentrated his practice on representing injured persons in State and Federal Courts in the Western New York and Southern Tier area. He has successfully litigated a variety of cases involving motor vehicle and premises negligence, malpractice, defective products, road construction and design, boating liability, common carrier negligence and construction site accidents. Mr. Shelton recently was instrumental in obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement for a laborer injured in a fall from a roof.

Mr. Shelton has represented injured clients in trial and appellate courts in Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Monroe, Orleans, Wyoming, Allegheny, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties.
